This is our main character Megan, she has left MI6 to start a family and settle down. we decided that the rest of the film will include her past catching up to her. This means that they need her back to her past career that she left in the first place. In the opening, we wanted her to seem as normal as possible to show that she lives her life as an everyday woman and mother. We have chosen the running outfit to emphasise this. We also took her age into consideration as a younger actress would appeal more younger audience.
We chose to have this character as this would create an enigma. The shot of this character only flashes up once or twice, this keeps the audience thinking who he is. The dark colours and the long coat to keep the mystery of who this man is. we wanted his to seem older as villains from research from other action/thrillers were much older.
